Odlikovanja carske Rusije iz Zbirke odlikovanja Hrvatskoga povijesnog muzeja

Dvadeset sedam ordena, križeva, medalja i diploma Carske Rusije iz Zbirke odlikovanja Hrvatskoga povijesnog muzeja potječe iz različitih izvora. Pri dolasku u tadašnji Povijesni muzej Hrvatske (PMH) 1975. godine zatekao sam samo tri ruska odlikovanja i diplomu ruskog cara Nikolaja I. banu Josipu Jelačiću. Diploma se nalazila, a nalazi se i sada u Dokumentarnoj zbirci. Nakon donacije Zbirke odlikovanja dr. Veljka Malinara 1982. godine broj ruskih carskih odlikovanja utrostručen je. Valja spomenuti da mi je gospodin Malinar pričao da je imao vrlo vrijednih ruskih carskih odlikovanja, ali da ih je zamijenio za odlikovanja Nezavisne Države Hrvatske koja su mu nedostajala u zbirci. On je opravdano pretpostavljao da ruska carska odlikovanja neće moći nikada popuniti pa je zamjenom zaokružio bogatu zbirku odlikovanja NDH. Kasnije se pokazalo da je to bila pogrešna odluka. Naime, nakon donacije zbirke odlikovanja muzeju, koji je već posjedovao kompletnu zbirku odlikovanja NDH, njegova su odlikovanja NDH postala suvišnima. A poslije pada Berlinskoga zida 1989. godine i raspada socijalizma cijene ruskih carskih ordena vrtoglavo su skočile. Za nabavu jednog ruskog carskog ordena najvišega stupnja muzeju je nedostatan i godišnji iznos koji dobiva za otkup novih muzejskih predmeta u svim zbirkama! Srećom, 1986. godine, dakle još prije smrti dr. Veljka Malinara i preseljenja njegove zbirke u Hrvatski povijesni muzej, u inventarne knjige ubilježena su četiri ruska carska ordena, rezultat zamjene s gospođom Davorkom Padovan, kćeri poznatoga zagrebačkoga skupljača Irislava Dolenca. Tada su u muzej dospjele vrlo vrijedne zvijezde Ordena Sv. Vladimira i Ordena Sv. Stanislava. Na koncu, tijekom 2001., 2002. i 2003. godine muzej je stekao još četiri ruska carska odlikovanja zamjenom s gospodinom Tomislavom Muhićem i njegovim darom. Namely, after donations of a collection of decorations to the museum, which already possessed a complete collection of decorations of the NDH, its decorations of NDH became redundant. And in the aftermath of the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989 and the collapse of the socialism of the price of the Russian emperor's decorations jumped. For the purchase of a Russian emperor of the highest degree, the museum is an inadequate and annual amount to be paid for the purchase of new museum items in all collections! Fortunately, in 1986, before the death of Dr. Veljko Malinar and relocating his collection to the Croatian History Museum, four Russian Arctic Orders were recorded in inventory books, the result of which was replaced by Madame Davork Padovan, daughter of renowned Zagreb collector Irislav Doleecn. Then, in the museum, very valuable stars of Orden of Sv. Vladimir and Orden of Sv. Stanislav. Finally, in 2001, 2002 and 2003, the museum gained four other Russian emperors by exchange with Mr. Tomislav Muhić and his gift.
