Immobilisation of southern elephant seals and leopard seals with cyclohexamine anaesthetics and xylazine
Ketamine and xylazine were given to 55 southern elephant seals (Mirounga leonina) for stomach lavaging, and to three leopard seals (Hydrurga leptonyx).
