Description
Summary:The objective of the article is to interpret the southern diplomacy as part of the redefinition of Patagonia in the government of Arturo Frondizi. The hypothesis seeks to demonstrate that diplomacy was articulated with the representations of Patagonia as the epicenter of the "battles" constituting the "second conquest of the desert." From the perspective of Critical Geopolitics and through state, journalistic and legislative documentation, we propose to incorporate southern diplomacy as a new Patagonian battle under the format of territorial struggle for sovereignty.
