Two hundred thirty questionnaires were distributed and a hundred eighty were collected from employees in Eastern Mediterranean University. Frequency, Descriptive Statistics, Independent T-test and One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) were conducted to examine if there existed any statistically significant differences between the examined groups. Independent T-test results revealed 26 statistically significant differences among men and women employees’ perception regarding the enquired items. In order to investigate the possibility of existing any potential differences between the perceptions of our respondents’ subset groups, which are Age, Education Level, Job Status and Work Experience, Analyses of Variance (ANOVA Test) was carried out. Statistically significant differences were observed among three sub groups except for Education level. Keywords: Gender Inequality, Eastern Mediterranean University, Academic/Administrative and Operational staff, North Cyprus, Independent T-test, ANOVA test.
