Change detection in single- and multi-look polarimetric SAR data

We describe the use of P-band data from DLR’s F-SAR system to change detection between three time points. Change detection on data in the covariance matrix representation is performed by means of test statistics in the complex Wishart distribution on both multi- and single-look data. We successfully...

Description
Summary:We describe the use of P-band data from DLR’s F-SAR system to change detection between three time points. Change detection on data in the covariance matrix representation is performed by means of test statistics in the complex Wishart distribution on both multi- and single-look data. We successfully detect objects including humans buried under snow in Disko Island, Greenland.
