DTU Steric Height (1992-2018)
Gridded Arctic thermo- and halosteric sea surface heights in a monthly 50x50 km resolution from 1992-2018. This datasets is based on interpolating in-situ temperature and salinity profiles in the Arctic Ocean to a monthly 50x50km grid with depth levels from the sea surface to the ocean floor. Therma...

Summary: | Gridded Arctic thermo- and halosteric sea surface heights in a monthly 50x50 km resolution from 1992-2018. This datasets is based on interpolating in-situ temperature and salinity profiles in the Arctic Ocean to a monthly 50x50km grid with depth levels from the sea surface to the ocean floor. Thermal expansion and saline contraction coefficients used for the steric calculations are obtained using the TEOS-10 software available at www.teos-10.org. |
