This climatic study of marine environment consists of monthly charts and tables of : (1) clouds; (2) atmospheric precipitation; (3) visibility tables; (4) ceiling- visibility (mid-range/low range); (5) wind-visibility-cloudiness; (6) scalar mean wind speed; (7) wind speed less than 11 and greater or equal to 34 knots; (8) wind speed 11-21 and 22-33 knots; (9) surface wind roses; (10) air and sea temperature, (11) wave height-isopleths, (12) wave height tables, (13) surface currents (seasonal).
