This report describes VLF/LF signal data recorded in the Arctic at fixed sites in Fairbanks, Alaska, and Thule, Greenland; on the icebreakers Polarbjorn and USCGC Northwind; and on P-3 aircraft. It describes the VLF/LF transmitters monitored, the location of the recording sites, the data acquisition systems, the calibration procedures, and the resulting normalized signal data. Near-field radiated power measurements and the overall accuracy of the VLF/LF data collected are also discussed.
