The Kolmogorov-Smirnov goodness-of-fit is explained and applied to ARGUS ISLAND ocean wave data at each frequency band. A sufficient number of frequency bands exhibit an x squared distribution indicating that a stationary process is being sampled and confirming synoptic evidence for the existence of a fully developed sea.
