This includes a description of the technical management plan which has been used to administer the program; final reports from the four technical investigations that were undertaken (the design of an unmanned, untethered arctic research submersible, the study of arctic research missions for surface effect vehicles, the experimental development of a lightweight pack-ice shelter module and the experimental development of a thermal ice-coring mechanism; and a description of several concepts for new arctic technology which are being considered.
