The papers presented at the meeting were divided among four sessions: Luminosity, Ionosphere and Particle Precipitation, EM and HM Guided Waves, and Geomagnetic Field and Magnetosphere. This Technical Memorandum is a reproduction of the papers submitted by the speakers. It contains the papers given at the third session. See also Volume 1, AD0661270 and Volume 3, AD0661272.
