The purpose of this document is to assemble in one volume sufficient information on every variable used in the TEMPER model to permit the analyst to appreciate and understand the complex interrelationships of the model. With this knowledge he will be better able to specify those variables which will be of most interest in a particular situation, and thereby, better able to analyze and interpret model outputs. Also, he will find this volume to be a useful reference to the material presented in Volumes II and IV.
