The metgodology of training proposed by the authors and experimentally tested in the the Municipal Educational Institution “Zarechnaya MGES” of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in the city of Yakutsk, Russia in the classes on general physical training demonstrates excellent results and is highly recommended to be used by the trainers in the Republic and the whole country.
