Summary:The fish individuals examined were found to contain 22 parasitic species belonging to six higher taxa. The location on host and the extent of invasion are given. Five of the species found proved new for the fauna of Poland; 8 species have not been so far found in burbot in Poland. One of the species has not been recorded in the literature as a burbot parasite.
