Summary: | In this article the author deals with the concept of ethnic-cultural division of labor in terms of theory and methodology, with references to the ethnos theory of L.N. Gumilev. The ethnic-cultural division of labor is also considered from the point of view of historical and sociological approaches, with the analysis of the data collected in a big sociological survey in 16 regions of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutiya), conducted in October, 2011. The author describes the swift process of introducing information technologies in the republic. |
