Five species ( Athelopsis glaucina, Dendrothele amygdalispora, Peniophora rufomarginata, Trechispora nivea, Xylodon rimosissimus ) are new for the Republic of Karelia, eight species - for the biogeographic province Karelia onegensis (Kon). Dendrothele amygdalispora is published for the first time for the European Russia. Data on habitats and substrates of all these species are presented. The specimens are kept in the Herbaria of the Karelian Research Centre (PTZ) and Komarov Botanical Institute RAS (LE). Most of the aphyllophoroid fungi species were founded on the trunks and branches of deciduous trees: Acer tataricum – 7 species, Acer platanoides and Prunus padus – 6, Betula pubescens and Corylus avellana – 5, Prunus maackii and Quercus robur – 4. One–two species of aphyllophoroid fungi were found on the conifers, with the exception of Larix sibirica and Thuja occidentalis on which 3 and 4 species of fungi were noted.
