| Summary: | "On February 25, 2000, Professor Elinor Ostrom spoke in the Managing Global Issues Seminar Series. She presented a broad overview of research that is being carried out on the earth's global common spaces???that is, domains that are not a part of any particular state, but are 'shared' by all states.
