The archaeological investigation, one of whose most important objectives is to locate the San Cristóbal chapel, made considerable progress in this campaign. The discovery of a thirty-five-metre long defensive wall abutted against the remains of a building identified as the chapel suggests that we have a fortification built with the remains of San Cristophol castle.
