In order to effectively problems’ solution of the spatial development of the Arctic regions, it is necessary to introduce new technologies that ensure the energy, transport, information and socio-cultural connectivity of sparsely populated and inaccessible areas. The article presents a list of the scientific and technical tasks required for the development of such technologies.
