Many things are changing in the Arctic and there are many actors involved for one reason or another. The following document is a brief look at some of the latest developments in Security and Defense that may have long-term significance and to some extent both in that area and more distant. Although it is a long distance race, it is clear that none of those involved want to stop participating in it, much less be in the starting line without making the usual warm-up exercises Muchas cosas están cambiando en el Ártico y muchos son los actores implicados por unos u otros motivos. En el siguiente documento se hace un pequeño repaso a algunos de los últimos movimientos en Seguridad y Defensa que posiblemente tengan trascendencia a largo plazo y en alguna medida, tanto en dicha zona como en otras más distantes. Aunque se trata de una carrera de larga distancia, resulta evidente que ninguno de los implicados quiere dejar de participar en ella y mucho menos presentarse en la línea de salida sin haber realizado los consabidos ejercicios de calentamiento
