| Summary: | The ratification of the Antarctic Treaty by Argentina would enable the latter to undertake a significant Antarctic policy. Este acuerdo que superaría lo propiamente antártico, podría incluso asegurar la devolución de las Islas Malvinas no siendo necesario estructurarlo jurídicamente ya que podía conformarse de hecho.
