Look at a matter of prayer qıraat with translation of the Qur'an in the Frames of Narratives

Qur'anic translations are the result of aneed to meet non-Arab societies with Islam because Islam is the religion of allmankind. For this reason, translations have been made in various languages to understand the Qur'an throughout history. However, it is also a matterof debate over which Islamic religions are new to Islam and who are going toworship the non-Arab Muslims. Because a person is obliged to worship as soon ashe becomes a Muslim. For this reason, fıqh considerations have emerged in this matter. In these observations, twomain religions of religion, the Qur'an and the Hadith, were introduced. Thetruth of the narrations used as evidence in this regard is curiosity. In thisstudy, the narrations that were used as proofs of Qur'an translations and ofQur'anic religious sects in prayer were examined. According to this, it turnsout that the narrations used by Abu Hanifa, who advocates that the Qur'an cantranslate into verse in prayer, is not sufficient and is not in appropriatelevel as evidence. With the translation of the Qur'an, it has been achievedthat the opinions of the sects who advocate that it is sufficient to memorizethe verse or verse of the Qur'anic with glorification instead of qıraat isreached. Kur’an tercümeleri, İslam’ıntüm insanlığın dini olması hasebiyle Arap olmayan toplumların İslam’latanışması sonucu meydana gelmiş bir ihtiyacın neticesidir. Bu sebeple tarihboyunca Kur’ân-ı Kerîm’in anlaşılması için çeşitli dillerde tercümeleryapılmıştır. Bununla birlikte İslam dinine yeni giren ve Arap olmayanMüslümanların ibadetlerini hangi dilde yapacakları da tartışma konusu olmuştur.Zira bir insan Müslüman olur olmaz ibadet etmekle yükümlüdür. Bu sebeple bukonuda fıkhî mülahazalar ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu mülahazalarda dinin iki ana esasıolan Kur’ân-ı Kerîm ve Hadis’ten deliller getirilmiştir. Bu konuda delil olarakkullanılan rivayetlerin sıhhati ise merak konusudur. Bu çalışmada yüksek lisanstezimizde[1]de değinilen Kur’an tercümesi ile namazda kıraat konusunda fıkhî mezheplerindelil olarak kullandığı rivayetler incelenmiştir. Buna göre Kur’ân’ın tercümesiile namazda kıraatin mümkün olacağını savunan Ebû Hanîfe’nin delil olarakkullandığı rivayetlerin sıhhatinin yeterli olmadığı ve delil olarak uygunseviyede olmadığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Kur’ân tercümesi ile kıraat yerine sadecetesbihatla kıraatin sure veya ayet ezberleninceye kadar yeterli olduğunusavunan mezheplerin görüşlerinin uygun olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
