According to the Turkish History of Literature, the first study of theTurks in the copyright area was carried out by Veysî in the 16th century. Theworks before Veysi were translations from Arabic and Farsi. Nâbî tried tocomplete the Dürretü't-Tâc fî-Sîreti that was left uncompleted after the deathof Veysi with two postcripts, but he did not live long enough to finish thework. Nazmî-zâde Murtazâ succeeded to complete this work in 17th century and so that first Turkishcopyright ouvre appeared. As Veysi and Nabi’s works were popular and valued bypublic, Nevi-zade Atai, Tıfli Ahmed Çelebi, Koçhisari-zade Süleyman Talib,Bosnalı Adulkerim Sami Efendi, Zehrimarzade Seyyid Mehmed Rıza and Koca RagıpPasha as well as Nazmizade Murtaza wrote postscripts for these works.As a result of catalog researches 13 in the country and 2 abroad 15copies were reached. This study is important as it breaks a new ground in termsof Turkish literature and history. This work is not a translated work like theones written before but it is a complementary and first example of “CopyrightTurkish Prophetic Biography” with the works of Veysi and Nabi. With this work, the first CopyrightedProphetic Biography will be completed as well as the scientific world for theHistory of İslam will have a credible work. Türk Edebiyâtı târîhine bakıldığında siyer alanında Türklere ait ilkte'lif çalışma 16. yüzyılda Veysî tarafından kaleme alınmıştır. Veysî'denönceki çalışmalar Arapça ve Farsçadan yapılan çevirilerdi. Veysî'nin ölümüüzerine yarım kalan Dürretü't-Tâc fî-SîretiSâhibi'l-Mi'râc adlı eseri Nâbî iki zeyille tamamlamaya çalışmış ancak onunda ömrü bu eseri bitirmeye yetmemiştir. Nazmî-zâde Murtazâ bu iki eseri 17.yüzyılın başlarında tamamlamayı başarmış ve böylece Türklere ait ilk te'lifsiyer külliyâtı ortaya çıkmıştır. Veysî ve Nâbî'nin çalışmaları halk tarafındansevildiği ve değerli görüldüğü için Nazmî-zâde Murtazâ dışında Nevî-zâde Atâî,Tıflî Ahmed Çelebî, Koçhisârî-zâde Süleymân Tâlib, Bosnalı Abdülkerîm SâmîEfendi, Zehrimâr-zâde Seyyid Mehmed Rızâ ve Koca Râgıb Paşa da bu eserlerebirer zeyil yazmışlardır.Yapılan katalog taramalarında yurt içinde 13, yurt dışında 2 olmak üzeretoplam 15 nüshaya ulaşıldı. Bu eser, Türk edebiyâtı vetârîhi açısından bir ilki gerçekleştirmesi bakımından önemlidir. Eser,kendisinden önce yazılmış eserler gibi tercüme bir eser olmayıp sanatsal değeriolan, Veysî ve Nâbî'nin eserleriyle birlikte "Te'lif Türk Siyeri"nintamamlayıcı ve ilk numûnesidir. Bu eserle hem Türklere ait ilk Telif Siyer çalışmasıbitmiş olacak hem de İslâm Târîhi için bilim dünyası güvenilir bir kaynakkazanmış olacaktır.
