We deem that the object craved by the mother is related with “Sky and Earth/Water” components and therefore with the Sacred and along with this thesis in Turkish Culture there is no such a thing as cult of Animal Ancestor. The humankind of archaic culture who ties their origin to a variety of animals does not constitute sound and strong base for us to put forward this event as the legitimate evidence of “Cult of Animal Ancestors” and therefore we strongly believe that there exits “Cult of Ancestors” solely related with the Sacred Bu denememizde destan metinlerinde yer alan geleceğin kahramanına hamile olan annenin alışılmadık nesnelere (kaplan ciğeri, aslan yüreği, yılan-ejder başı, elmas madeni, kara taş vb.) “aş ermesi” ve buna bağlı olarak oluşan “Atalar” kültü, “Hayvan Ata?” kültü üzerinde durduk. Annenin aş erdiği nesnenin Gök ve Yer/su unsurlarıyla; dolayısıyla “Kutsal”la ilişkisinin göz önüne alınıp değerlendirilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyor ve bununla birlikte Türk kültüründe “Hayvan Ata” diye bir kültün bulunmadığını; arkaik kültür insanlarının kökenlerini çeşitli hayvanlara bağlamasının bizim tarafımızdan “hayvan ata kültü” olarak adlandırılmasını meşru kılamayacağını ifade ettikten sonra sadece ve sadece “Kutsal”a bağlı olarak “Atalar Kültü” nün bulunduğunu söylüyoruz Article in Journal/Newspaper ejder DergiPark Akademik (E-Journals)
