Summary:The aim of this study is to investigate theimportance, level and direction of the possible relationship between theentrepreneurship potential of university students and their interpersonalintelligence levels. Tromso Interpersonal Intellıgence Scale (TIIS) improved bySilvera, Martinussen and Dahl (2001) has been used to determine the levels ofinterpersonal intelligence. The questions for determining the entrepreneurshippotential have been made up by utilizing the thesises translated by Ören andBiçkes (2011) and prepared by Central of Rural Entrepreneurship which is anentrepreneurship center. Personal information form prepared by the researchershas been used as a data collection tool in researching. The participants of theresearch are university students continuing their education in Kütahya.Correlation and regression analysis have been used for the analysis of data. Inthe outcome of the research, it is showed that social knowledge process, socialskills and social awareness which are interpersonal intelligence levels ispositive effects on the entrepreneurship potential.
