The purpose of this study is to discuss the social changes experienced by the traditional Evenk People within the social and political progression and to compare the traditional Evenk social institutions and structures with modern institution and structures during this transformation process. Bu çalışmanın amacı geleneksel Evenk toplumunun geçirmiş olduğu sosyal ve siyasi süreç içerisinde ne gibi toplumsal değişiklikler geçirdiğini ortaya koymak ve bu değişim süreci içerisinde geleneksel Evenk sosyal kurum ve yapılarının modern kurum ve yapılar ile karşılaşması konularını ele almaktır.
