Summary:The following data was used to generate figures and analysis of the manuscript: "Body temperature and activity rhythms under different photoperiods in Svalbard ptarmigan (Lagopus muta hyperborea)". This includes data of core body temperature (measured with iButtons in degrees Celsius/ hour), raw activity data (measured in counts/ minute) and the R-script for the mixed model analysis for the amplitudes between groups. In addition we provide an overview over the experimental animals.
