Summary: | This file includes 45 million nonredundant SNP data for 13 fish species (Asian swamp eel (Monopterus albus), Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar), barramundi (Lates calcarifer), channel catfish (Ictalurus punctatus), common carp (Cyprinus carpio), grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella), large scale loach (Paramisgurnus dabryanus), Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus), rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss), rohu labeo (Labeo rohita), silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix), snakehead (Channa argus), yellow catfish (Tachysurus fulvidraco)), with 30 million of those being high-quality SNPs that passed population testing (the Mendelian segregation ratio test or Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium test). We clloected SNPs from articles and mapped them to different genome versions, this compressed files inclued 13 folders named fish species, and there are SNPs data, unmapping data and md5 check file in each folder. ... |
