140 Metagenome Assembled Genomes (MAGs) and tables of predicted functions. These MAGs were retrieved from 12 samples taken across the Arctic and Atlantic Ocean. 122 MAGs are prokaryotic, 18 are eukaryotic. Prokaryotes were retrieved by the IMG pipeline, eukaryotes by a custom pipeline.
