Summary:The dataset reports net daytime uptake fluxes of carbon dioxide (NEE CO2,uptake ) and concurrent environment variables (photosynthetically active radiation, soil temperature, and porewater salinity) measured from four Spartina alterniflora-dominated coastal salt marshes located on the shore of the North Atlantic Ocean at Cape Cod, Massachusetts, USA. The data were obtained for different days during the extended growing season (May-October_ of 2013 across the salt marshes. In addition, the corresponding atmospheric pressure data was obtained from nearby NOAA NERRS monitoring station located at Carriage House, MA.
