We sequenced and de novo assembled female and male genomes in the present study. Female_evm.gff3 is the annotation gff3 file of the female turbot’s assembled genome. turbot_Orthogroups.tsv is a list of the gene families generated in your analysis. turbot_TE.denovo.gff and turbot_TE.homo.gffare the repeat annotations. turbot_alignment.fasta is the alignment used for the phylogenetic analysis. turbot_phylogenetic.treefile is an output of phylogenetic tree. |
