The second GFF is limited to those CpG loci where the proportion of methylation is ≥ 0.5 (Cgigas_gill_HTbisulfiteSeq_CG_methylated.gff) In addition, this fileset includes the SQL queries used to derive each of the GFF files from the original methratio output. A link to the public methratio dataset, which includes the unfiltered methylation data for all cytosines covered, can be found below.
