Patterns in ground-level methane in late winter in the Mackenzie-Beaufort Delta Region

A .csv file containing atmospheric CH 4 and CO 2 mixing ratios for the Mackenzie-Beaufort Delta region of the Northwest Territories, Canada. All CH 4 and CO 2 values are in parts per million by volume (ppmv). Data was collected from April 4 th - 11 th , 2018, n= 90,126 samples. Data was collected du...

All CH 4 and CO 2 values are in parts per million by volume (ppmv). Data was collected from April 4 th - 11 th , 2018, n= 90,126 samples. Data was collected during mobile surveys using a truck mounted LGR Ultraportable Greenhouse Gas Analyzer (Los Gatos Research Inc., San Jose, CA, USA), while driving on public roads with little traffic. The sample inlet was located on the grille of the truck at a height of about 1.25 m. Time and GPS coordinates were recorded for each measurement and corrected to reflect the lag in sample transport time from the sample inlet to the analyzer. Gas mixing ratios were standardized to Ameriflux FB04306 breathing grade air (benchmarked to 0.5 ppb). All sample times have been converted to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
