We focus on cross-species synchrony to i) quantify synchrony in reproduction overall and within LTER sites, ii) test for relationships between synchrony with trait and phylogenetic similarity, and iii) investigate how climate conditions are related to levels of synchrony. These data contain the cross-species synchrony values for 2,104 co-occurring species pairs at seven LTER sites, as well as the trait similarities between species, phylogenetic similarity, and the climate conditions of the plots within the LTER sites (actual evapotranspiration, climatic water deficit). There is information on 11 traits for 103 species, plus ... Dataset taiga DataCite
