A SNP dataset for 13 SNPs for Atlantic cod.The SNPs were constructed from a ddRAD library, based on 120 individuals from 6 locations spanning across the northern North sea (ICES Sub-division 4a) and Scottish west coast (Ices Division 6a). Wrightetal2020_Linkinglifehistory_gadusmorhua_dataset_13SNPs.txt is the SNP genotype data for 1044 Atlantic cod ( Gadus morhua ), genotyped at 13 loci in STRUCTURE file format. The first row lists the 13 SNP names. Genotypes for the 1044 individuals are listed from row 2.
