Data-Planet™ Statistical Ready Reference by Conquest Systems, Inc. [Data-file]. Dataset-ID: 075-001-100. Dataset: Presents statistics on the housing and dwelling characteristics of Canadians. Data are provided on the type of dwelling (single-detached house, apartment, row house, mobile home, etc.), the period of construction, the condition of the dwelling, the number of rooms and bedrooms, as well as the value of the dwelling. Also included are household facilities and equipment such as appliances; home computers; audio, video, and communication equipment; and vehicles. CANSIM is Statistics Canada's key socioeconomic database. The datasets included here provide statistics on the Canadian population, and the nation’s resources, economy, society, and culture. Statistics are provided for the nation as a whole, provinces, and other subnational geographies where available.
