Mooring lines were equipped with various oceanographic instruments attached at different depths from 80 m to a maximum of 135 m. Moored instruments include ALEC conductivity-temperature-turbidity-chlorophyll-PAR sensors, SeaBird SB37 conductivity-temperature sensors, RMC7 and RCM11 current meters, RDI and Nortek current profilers, Aural hydrophones and sediment traps. The datasets available were quality controlled and used in one publication (Lalande and Fortier 2011). 2007-2012 quality controlled data are not available yet. Variables available include water temperature, conductivity (salinity) and current velocity (speed and direction). : Purpose: To monitor changes in physical, biological and geochemical properties of the Canadian Arctic and Subarctic waters, ocean observatories (moorings) were deployed in Hudson Bay part of the ArcticNet field program. These moorings are the oceanic equivalent of atmospheric meteorological stations. All the three ArcticNet Hudson Bay moorings were set up to study the strength of the anticyclonic circulation along the Hudson Bay coast.
