This Arctic daily Sea Ice Concentration (SIC) dataset is generated from the brightness temperature data of the Microwave Radiation Imager (MWRI) sensor aboard on the FY-3D satellite. The data are provided in the polar stereographic projection at a grid cell size of 12.5 x 12.5 km. The original and atmospherically corrected ASI algorithm (ASI and ASI2, respectively) are used in combination with dynamic tie points, generating two sets of SIC retrievals, namely ASI-DTP and ASI2-DTP. The geophysical parameters required for the atmospheric correction model are obtained from the ERA5 hourly reanalysis data at the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts. The SIC dataset from January to December 2019 are achieved in netCDF format with the date in the file name.
