Weather data monitoring and analysis of Akimiski Island, Nunavut

We used an automated logging weather station (Davis VantagePro) to record weather parameters daily. Daily mean temperature, daily max and min temperature, daily mean barometric pressure, daily total precipitation and humidity and daily max wind speed and direction are recorded. ** Air temperature and precipitation data are available for download. If data are downloaded and used for analyses, it would greatly be appreciated that the principal investigator be informed. : Purpose: Weather data are collected for use during analysis of ecosystem processed on the Akimiski Island study area, including correlations with goose and shorebird nesting parameters, plant growth and flowering, invertebrate activity and bird migration. : Summary: Not Applicable
