The dataset consists of data (Temperature, Salinity, Pressure and Dissolved Oxygen) collected by moored CTD-DO instruments (microcat-ODO) in the eastern Rockall Trough between July 2018 and October 2020. The moored CTD-DO instruments were situated at various depths on mooring RTEB1 which is the easternmost mooring of the Atlantic-wide OSNAP mooring array. The CTD-DO instruments were deployed on cruise AR30-04 (2018) and recovered on DY120 (2020). The data have been processed and calibrated. Mooring RTEB1 is deployed under UK OSNAP (NE/K010875/1 and NE/K010875/2).
