Description
Summary:Release v1.3. This version contains the complete data and R code to analyze the stable isotopic composition of surface waters collected in 2018 and 2019 from Pituffik, Greenland. Changes in v1.3 include a minor change to improve freeze-thaw inflow mix model output. The mix model re-sorts data by the first column, but in the 1.2 script, names for the output were pulled from presorted tibble. This did not cause a problem for the original code results, as the lake inflow tibble was already sorted by first column. But this could potentially cause an error if adapted for other data that is not sorted that way, as the assigned names may not align properly with the output. Changes in v1.2 include an update to the R code file to add new plots and isotopic analyses, including inferred source water modeling and evaporation/inflow ratios, and new csv data files to support the updated R code. Changes in v1.1 include an update to the R script file to add a new plot and a resorting (but no content changes) to the isotopic ...
