Summary:As the Earth warms, its ice begins to melt. Polar bears struggling with their dwindling homes have served as a warning about the melting of the ice caps for years through photos. There is no need to travel all the way to Antarctica to experience the repercussions of climate change, including rising sea levels, shifting boundaries, avalanches, and floods. Glacial melting has come to become a huge concern for environmentalists since the implications it has are gigantic and poses a threat to the entire ecosystem. Glaciers, due to several factors, majorly human activities, are melting very rapidly, calving off into the sea and retreating onto the land. Ice on Earth is changing all over.
