In the a3d_jgr_alpha1 and a3d_jgr_alpha3 folders you find the corresponding outputs as used in the paper, as well as the settings used - which only differ by the changed "SCHMIDT_DRIFT_FUDGE" value that is found in each a3d_jgr_alphax/setup/io.ini file.
