Labium consists of two simple lobes (Mshape). Pereopods slender, all with coxa, dactylus and unguis not fused to hook. Pleopods absent in females. Uropods with two rami; endopod with one or two articles; exopod uniarticulated. Male: similar to female. Functional mouthparts retained in adults. Antennule thicker than in female.
