Figs 42–44. Diagnosis . This species differs from the closely related L. lucidulus by swollen head, not narrowed behind the eyes, and partly complete propodeal carinae (Fig. 43). Description . Body length 7 mm. Antenna with 24 flagellomeres. Scape 0.53 × as long as wide. Head not narrowed behind eyes, matt. Maximum length of temple 0.87 × transverse eye diameter; minimum length of temple 0.52 × transverse eye diameter. Face 0.87 × height of eye; in dorsolateral profile very convex, medially not bulging (Fig. 42). Clypeus separated by transverse groove; at apex projecting strongly anteriorly; apical margin of clypeus obtuse. Tentorial fossa not large but deep and elongate. Malar space 0.5 × basal mandible width. Occipital carina medially incomplete. Lower mandible tooth longer than upper. Notaulus absent. Lower part of meseopleuron not punctate, matt, slightly shagreened. Claws pectinate. Fore wing with large brown stigma. Areolet not petiolate. Second recurrent vein with single bulla. Hind wing with nervellus intercepted below middle. Nervulus intersitial. Propodeal carinae partly complete, costula absent (Fig. 43). Metasoma shining. First metasomal tergite almost as wide as long, without shallow median longitudinal impression; not bordered by longitudinal carinae. Second metasomal tergite transverse. Male genitalia with paramers wide at base, surpassing apex of metasoma. Color. Male. Body black (Fig. 44); Face, malar space, mandibles, base of antenna, lower part of propleuron, prepectus, fore upper edge of mesopleuron at wing, tegulae, fore lower parts of notum, legs (except brown tarsi and apex of tibiae), epipleurae of metasomal tergite yellow.
