Body length 6 mm. Antenna with 32 flagellomeres. Scape 0.5 × as long as wide. Head not narrowed behind eyes, matt. Maximum length of temple 1 × transverse eye diameter; minimum length of temple 0.7 × transverse eye diameter. Face almost as wide as longitudinal eye diameter; convex, medially bulging (Fig. 19). Clypeus separated from face by impression; at apex projecting slightly anteriorly; apical margin of clypeus moderately thick. Clypeal foveae large. Malar space as wide as 0.4 of basal mandible width. Occipital carina complete, not interrupted above. Lower mandible tooth longer than upper. Notaulus strongly impressed. Lower part of mesopleuron with punctures, shagreened, matt (Fig. 17).
