Type material: Agyneta dynica Saaristo & Koponen 1998, 3 HOLOTYPE from Canada: Nouveau-Québec, Kuujjuarapik, 6.6.– 17.8.1990, inland dyne, S. Koponen (MUS. Zool Turk AM629) deposited in AMNH. EXAMINED. Diagnosis: Males are distinguished from all Agyneta species by their long, sinuous and narrow lamella characteristica with blunt tip (Fig. 137). Females are distinguished from most Agyneta by their deep pit hook depression (Fig. 141). From closely related species by the slightly oblique sides of the proximal part of scape (Fig. 141), strongly oblique in A. nigripes (Fig. 127) and straight A. rurestris, A. jacksoni and A. maritima (Figs 112, 120, 134). Description: Male: Total length 1.71; carapace length 0.75, width 0.61. CEPHALOTHORAX: Carapace brown, shiny, finely reticulate; suffused with dark gray along margin, radiating lines; trident mark present.
