description Harpalus ( Pseudoophonus ) jureceki (Jedlička, 1928) (Figs 17–18) Pseudophonus Jureceki Jedlička, 1928 a: 45. Type locality: "Sachalin, Japan, Ussuri-Sutschan". Type material . Syntype: 1 ♀, labeled "Sachalin", " TYPE ", " Pseudophonus jureceki Jedl. DET. ING. JEDLIČKA" (ZIN). Additional material examined . More than 900 specimens (573 from China). Diagnosis . This species is very similar in external characters to H. griseus , but differ from the latter in presence of one or several additional setae on clypeus anteriorly. Labial basal palpomere is with almost straight longitudinal carina basally. Median lobe of aedeagus (Figs 17–18) has two or three somewhat large spiny patches in the internal sac. Body length 8.0– 12.6 mm. Distribution . China: mainly in the eastern part. It was recorded from Heilongjiang, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Shanxi, Gansu, Sichuan, Yunnan (Kataev et al . 2003), Jilin, Nei Mongol, Hebei, Shaanxi, Hubei, Jiangsu, Fujian, Hunan, and Guizhou (Hua 2002).
