Basibiont of other hydroids (Peña Cantero et al . 1997; Peña Cantero 2008). Gonothecae : January (Peña Cantero et al . 1997; Peña Cantero & Vervoort 2004; Peña Cantero & Ramil 2006; Peña Cantero 2008) and February (Peña Cantero et al . 1997; Peña Cantero 2008; Peña Cantero & Vervoort 2009). Distribution.
