Meteorus breviantennatus has been recorded as a parasitoid of Tomicus minor (Hartig) (Coleoptera: Scolytidae) (Martikainen and Koponen 2001). Also, Tobias (1986) reported this species as the parasitoid of Ips acuminatus (Gyllenhal) (Coleoptera: Scolytidae). Yu et al.
